Training Week 7 Recap

Sunday - Heart Breaker 10K
Monday - Walked 1.5 miles, strength (chest, triceps)
Tuesday - Ran 4.5 miles
Wednesday - Biked 11 miles, strength (abs, core)
Thursday - Ran 4.5 miles, strength (legs)
Friday - 30 mins Wii Biggest Loser Challenge, strength (biceps, shoulders)
Saturday - rest

Starting to up my Tuesday/Thursday runs. Only a little over 5 weeks till my half-marathon!
