Overall I'm pretty pleased with the results. I wish I could have gotten a faster 5k time for the last one, but on the treadmill last week I did 3.1 miles in 33:10 so I know I have the ability to. My long-term goal is to have a sub-30 5k. But for now, I'm not signing up for anymore 5ks for awhile. 6 was enough!
