I'm slowly getting faster...3-mile run today took 36 minutes. Not too shabby considering I didn't even think I'd finish it when I started! Getting excited for the first 5K this weekend. My friend is doing it too which makes it a lot more fun. And I get to eat carbs on Friday! Which reminds me, time to eat some dinner!
